Bailey is a baby girl in Yucca Valley who passed away March 2010. HATS OFF HAIR DESIGN & SPRAY TANNING put together a CUT-A-THON for the parents of Bailey to help pay for her funeral. Our team was able to raise $751.00 for the family with the help of Kari.
